Responsibilities:

Oversee the creation of a new logo identity, develop brand ID spots, and produce campaign promos for the rebranded LX News.

Background:

NBCUniversal LXTV needed to transition its brand from LXTV to LX News, requiring a fresh logo and engaging promos to introduce the new brand.

Objectives:

• Develop a new logo identity that reflects LX News’ vision and core values.

• Create brand ID spots and campaign promos to communicate the new identity and attract viewers.

Execution:

• Conducted market research to understand target audience preferences.

• Designed a modern logo adaptable across television, social media, and mobile apps.

• Produced brand ID spots (10, 15, 20, and 30 seconds) for dynamic promotion.

• Created campaign promos on timely topics like Thanksgiving and mental health.

• Wrote newsletters, landing pages, and promo copy for consistent messaging.

• Edited promos and produced motion graphics for broadcast integration.

• Regularly used HubSpot and WordPress to update content based on trends and audience behavior.

Results:

The LX News rebranding received positive audience feedback, increased brand recognition, and enhanced viewer ratings, establishing a strong media presence.
